Merchandise shall be suitable to this family event in terms of theme and type. No profane, vulgar or offensive, or political message merchandise shall be displayed or offered. The Toonfest Committee will be the sole judge of the suitability of merchandise to be sold. Vendors whose merchandise is judged to be unsuitable must agree to remove their merchandise and depart the vending premises.

Vendors must supply their own extension cords, tables, chairs and tents (no tarps, please).  Vendors are responsible for loading and unloading their wares.  All tables should have coverings long enough to cover up storage items under tables.  Exhibit areas are to be kept neat and orderly. Cardboard boxes are not considered appropriate for display or merchandise.

All spaces will measure 10 feet by 10 feet, and all merchandise will be contained within this area. Vendors will be placed on either side of you and possibly behind you.  Electrical booths will be limited; please let us know at the time of registration if you need electricity. Each vendor will be limited to 2 contiguous spaces, unless special circumstances exist. Merchants with a state sales tax certificate and/or a tax resale number are encouraged to have a sidewalk table against their storefront. Please do not block the walking area of the sidewalk.

Vendors will be allowed access to the exhibit area at 7:00 AM on the day of the event. Vendors will remove all debris within three hours after the close of the day. There will be no trailer or camper parking in the exhibit area, in Ripley Park, or on Main Street USA.

Clothing will be neat and clean and will display no profane, vulgar or offensive, or political pictures, slogans, or messages.

All vendors with a state sales tax certificate for an establishment within the city limits of Marceline, Missouri will be required to collect applicable sales tax and to complete Missouri Department of Revenue Form 2360 for submission of taxes to the Department of Revenue.

All vendors will act appropriately for a family function. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed in the Toonfest area. Anyone determined by the Walt Disney’s Hometown Toonfest Committee to be acting inappropriately will be asked to leave the vending premises immediately.

No raffles of any kind will be allowed. No political flyers, advertising, or information will be allowed in the exhibit area. No flyers or advertising of any kind will be distributed in the vending and exhibit area without the express, written permission of the Walt Disney’s Hometown Toonfest Committee.
