Toonfest will be celebrating its 18th year on Saturday, September 17! Yippee!
Toonfest has grown from its humble beginnings — a single cartoonist drawing in the park as a few curious locals walked by — to today’s festival celebrating men and women from the A-list in the world of cartooning and animation.
Not only do you have the opportunity to participate in a full day of family activities in E.P. Ripley Park, but you can also enjoy the Cartoonist Symposium and the International Cartoon Art Show at the community center. The day kicks off with a parade that features bands, floats, Princesses, Pirates, Grand Marshals, and more. It continues with craft booths, great food and fun for the whole family. Don’t forget the Walt Disney Hometown Museum is open from 10:00am-4:00pm.
Toonfest is truly a wonderful celebration that should not be missed!
